Phase 1

• Asbestos removal
• Construct final settling tanks Nos. 2 and 3 and return sludge building
• Construct animal shelter and conservation building
• Construct final settling tank No. 1, FST distribution box, temporary and permanent piping from aeration tanks to FST distribution box, temporary outfall to Pine Creek and new permanent outfall sewer piping
• Install 15 KV switchgear and new emergency generator
• Construct influent building addition and install new mechanical screen, flow channel, grit removal equipment and auxiliary pumps
• Construct storage building

Phase 2

• Construct new biofilter, biofilter blower building, and odor control piping to composite building
• Demolish existing final settling tanks
• Construct aeration tanks Zone B, install new blower, air piping and diffusers and methanol feed system
• Construct gravity thickener and septage receiving building
• Rehabilitate anaerobic digesters, construct addition to digester building
• Install gravity deck thickener and belt filter press

Phase 3

• Refurbish control building and construct addition
• Install new main raw sewage pumps and discharge piping, new primary sludge piping and tank drains in primary settling tank pipe gallery
• Construct primary effluent distribution channel, retrofit existing aeration tanks
• Perform final site paving and site rehabilitation
