• Construction of a new microfilter building including a microfiltration system, ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system, and support systems
• Installation of a concrete equalization tank with pumps, blower and coarse bubble diffusers
• Installation of new alarms and instrumentation
• Process Building modifications include replacement of existing effluent pumps with three new microfilter feed pumps, installation of new alum and sodium hydroxide chemical feed systems, removal of two existing rapid sand filters and replace with three new sand filters
• Construction of new concrete sludge storage tanks and appurtenant piping and odor control
• Replacement of existing coarse bubble aeration system with fine bubble aeration
